1.1 Intellectual Property
The Site, the brands, logos and any other distinctive sign of Your Paris Story, as well as the contents of the Site (i.e., any text, video, photograph or any other information in any format and of any nature whatsoever appearing on the Site) are the exclusive property of Your Paris Story and/or its partners and are likely to be the subject of protection by copyright, trademark law, patent law or any other intellectual property right.
The reproduction, representation and publication of the exercises and techniques offered by Your Paris Story is not authorized. Any non-commercial use must be requested in writing to Your Paris Story.
1.2 Use of Photographs
Due to the nature of the services offered by Your Paris Story, many photos of the clients are taken and archived during each session. These photos may be published on the website https://yourparistory.com for the sole purpose of illustrating the services provided by Your Paris Story.
Any other use other than for promotional purposes and to present the activity of Your Paris Story will be subject to prior authorization by the Clients.
Clients who refuse such use of their image are invited to contact Your Paris Story by email or by post to inform them of their refusal. Your Paris Story undertakes not to use the photographs representing them and may, upon request, delete all the photographs stored in its image bank.
Responsibility :
Photo sessions in studio involve the active participation of all participants. The latter agree to be vigilant and to submit to the health and safety instructions given by the professional photographer supervising the session, for the smooth running of the service.
Your Paris Story will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the participant’s person or property during the photography exercises.
Protection of personal data :
3.1 Personal information
The information collected during the reservation of a course is subject to computer processing to ensure a better follow-up of the reservation. Your Paris Story ensures that this information is kept confidential. They are not communicated to any commercial partners or third parties.
The information collected may be used by Your Paris Story to propose to the Client different commercial offers and information messages in order to keep him informed of the products, services and events offered by Your Paris Story.
3.2 Right of access and rectification
The website https://yourparistory.com and the file of data collected from it are registered with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Liberté (CNIL).
In accordance with the law “informatique et libertés” of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004, the Customer benefits from a right of access and rectification to the information which concerns him, which he can exercise by addressing to yourparistory@gmail.com. The Customer may also, at any time, oppose the processing of data concerning him or modify the information concerning him from his personal Account, on the website https://yourparistory.com.
Difference :
The present General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
Any complaint in connection with a Photo Session must be addressed in writing to Your Paris Story, 45 bis boulevard Davout, 75020 Paris, France or by e-mail (yourparistory@gmail.com).
The data recorded on the website https://yourparistory.com may be used as proof of the communications between the parties, of the reservations made by the Client and of the transactions between Your Paris Story and the Client.
Any dispute between Your Paris Story and the Client relating to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in the absence of an amicable solution, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
