Your Paris Story offers photo shoots for individuals, the different formulas of which are presented on its website at https://yourparistory.com
The content of the photo session, its location, dates and times as well as its price are presented on the website.
The purchase of one or more photo sessions implies that the client accepts without reservation the present general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day of registration for the course, as they appear on the website of Your Paris Story.
The client guarantees that he/she has the legal capacity to contract the products and services offered by Your Paris Story on its website https://yourparistory.com.
Registration and booking of photo sessions
Registration is done via the Your Paris Story website, within the limits of available places.
The registration becomes final upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail from Your Paris Story.
Your Paris Story reserves the right to cancel the booking if the client’s identity or e-mail address is not correct.
The booking of a photo session is made through the website, and is considered as final only upon receipt of the Client’s payment. A confirmation e-mail with the date and time of the appointment is then sent by Your Paris Story to the client.
The photo sessions are offered in the Paris area, and can be subject to a specific estimate for requests in the provinces or abroad. The same applies to the sending of photo prints abroad.
Rates and payment methods:
The price of the photo shoot is the one that appears on the website of Your Paris Story on the day of the booking.
Your Paris Story may modify its prices at any time, but the photo shoots will be charged at the price displayed on the website https://yourparistory.com at the time of registration by the Client.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT.
Clients can acquire services and products provided by Your Paris Story by secure payment by credit card. During the payment transaction, the clients are automatically connected to the server of the payment processing center managed by Stripe. Bank details, protected by encryption, do not pass through the systems of Your Paris Story and are therefore not stored.
Bank cards issued by banks outside France must be international bank cards.
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, by cheque made out to Your Paris Story, or by a Your Paris Story gift voucher.
The payment of the price of the photo session is due upon registration for the session, upon confirmation by Your Paris Story.
The client’s registration to the chosen session is final upon validation of the payment by our partner Stripe. Your Paris Story will send a confirmation e-mail to the Client once the payment has been validated.
Clients acknowledge that all payments made on https://yourparistory.com, for themselves or for any person they represent, are made with the authorization of the holder of the payment method used.
Right of withdrawal :
PHOTO SESSIONS :
The photo sessions organized by Your Paris Story constitute a leisure service provided on a given date or according to a determined periodicity according to the provisions of article L 121-28 of the Consumer Code.
Consequently, the client is informed that he/she does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the provisions of article L 121-19 of the Consumer Code.
VOUCHERS AND GIFT BOXES :
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121.20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days to exercise his or her right of withdrawal without having to justify his or her reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the Gift Box.
The above-mentioned period runs from the date of receipt of the Gift Certificate by e-mail or by post by the buyer or beneficiary. The cost of returning the Gift Box is the responsibility of the buyer. Only the Gift Box returned without delay and in perfect condition may be reimbursed. The Gift Box must be returned to the following address: Your Paris Story, 45 boulevard Davout, 75020 Paris. Any return made under the conditions of this article will result in a refund of the Gift Certificate or Gift Box within thirty days of the request.
Conditions of participation in the Photo Shooting :
5.1 Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Any participation to a Photo Shooting is considered as acceptance by the participant of the present terms and conditions.
The Client is authorized to register one or more persons for a Photo Shoot offered by Your Paris Story. The Client may also register one or more third parties with him/her during the registration process, all from his/her personal account. All participants will be subject to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The client therefore undertakes to inform the persons he/she has registered of the content of this contract, and any participation in a photo session constitutes acceptance of the General Terms of Sale by the participants.
5.2 Place and time
Following validation of the Customer’s registration, the Customer will receive the exact address of the meeting place by e-mail at the address provided when creating his Account.
Each Participant agrees to respect the place and time of the appointment. A delay of 10 minutes will be tolerated, but a later arrival could not result in any refund or compensation whatsoever, especially if the participant could not join the group.
In the case of a photo shoot, the session will not be postponed because of the delay of the participants.
5.3 Conditions of cancellation
All participants in photo shoots organized by Your Paris Story are informed that any session may be cancelled by Your Paris Story if a cause beyond their control occurs (natural disaster, storm, weather, etc…). Participants will be informed as soon as possible, and the session will be postponed to a later date without any additional charge to the Client.
Photo sessions paid for with a Gift Voucher can be postponed regardless of the expiry date of the voucher used.
5.4 Refunds
In the event that a client does not attend the scheduled photo session, or if the client’s participation is cut short or interrupted for any reason whatsoever, the client will not be entitled to claim any refund, compensation or exchange from Your Paris Story.
A client who has purchased or received a Gift Voucher on the Your Paris Story website cannot claim a refund of the Gift Voucher. However, the Gift Certificate can be used to book or purchase any other service or product on the Your Paris Story website.
5.5 Exchange or postponement of a photo session
If the client wishes to change the date of the photo session, he/she can do so by notifying Your Paris Story by email at least 3 days before the scheduled date. It is possible to choose a different date, within the limit of one change per registration, and provided that the price of the service is the same.
For any request that reaches us less than 3 days before the scheduled date for a photography course, a 15€ supplement will be requested for the postponement of the photo session. The client will then have the possibility to re-register for the same session over the next 3 months.
5.6 Exchange or postponement of a photo session
For a request concerning the postponement of a photo session within 8 days of the scheduled date, a supplement of 30% of the amount of the service, or 35€ at least, will be requested. The cancellation of a photo session will not give rise to a refund.
